Hey dude, I really hope you check this! I think I found whats keeping Survival Crisis Z from running on Vista (and WINE in Linux)! There is an active X object that runs as soon as it starts. As far as I know (I’m not that “in” on windows programming) Active X objects are just used to link IE with the computer, or in this case the computer with IE. Is it possible to figure out why it is using this active X object and get it fixed so more people can enjoy this game (which I haven’t played, but want to badly) I am even willing to pay if it means that it is at least vista compatible. or if the active X object isn’t necessary so I can play it through WINE on my Ubuntu laptop. Thanks for being awesome, –Swizzler

btw, I think it’s excellent that you’ve been posting more frequent updates. After all, more updates = getting on more blogs = getting more public exposure = getting more people to eventually buy dishwasher = more money for MS = more games from James Silva = more money for James Silva.
So transitively more updates = more money for James Silva. Remember that.

erico316: The Dishwasher is written in XNA, which is not supported on ps. So no, it won’t come on psn
ultimategreyhound: I agree, I like reading Dishwasher updates
But maybe sometimes his time is better spent programming than posting on the blog

Dude, I go away for months, gone from all those insane forum days that multiple times risked your reputation, with me once to be the blame.
Well, guess you don’t need much more to demote me from Admin of that forum >_>. Meh who cares, was the right choice anyway.
And now, I botherred to check up on you, James, and you’ve made a helluva progress, mate.
Without sliming, I can say youre gonna hit it big in the near future. But don’t forget to get that Dishwasher game finished, aight?
Oh, and you grew some hair. You look less like (a beardless) Gordon Freeman. Not that it wasn’t charming. But there are better people to look like.
Oh yeah. People: don’t go to the unofficial forums of Skasoftware.
Bad for your mental health and stuff. Kinky too, I left there ages ago.
I wonder why I didn’t sooner.
Anyhow, it was nice seeing the “good” guys get a fair shot aswell.
Oh, and do try to get that x360′s SCZ made.
Everyone, except them wimps, I introduced the old version to, were fairly excited.
Well, the gaming world always lacked a free-roam zombie-city game…
Atleast, a good one. Y’know, where zombies ain’t something to be afraid of, but instead…. a killing hobby.
I’m typing too much, my fingers hurt, later.
