Here’s a nifty mockup:

They’re going to be silk screen. I’m doing a run of 80 shirts. I should have these ready in a week or two; I’ll set up a paypal store or something. $10 sound good?

Looks great, can’t wait to pick one up!
Any idea on selection of sizes, or more of a one-size-fits-all sort of thing?

Cuz I’m too lazy to pickup a card.

10$ sounds way too generous, especially with all the upcoming costs you’ll have for getting your game out on XBLA. Will there be an option for paying 20$ for one?

He’s not going to be out any money for XBLA… I can’t see MS awarding a prize and then requiring him to put his hand in his pocket… maybe they claim it back out of future royalties but making him pay for a dev kit etc would be just mean…

    tshirts look great

Hey James and everybody else… Do you think that I should create a Wikipedia page for Ska Software now that it has become more notable? I need the WP editing practice anyways. If anyone wants to chime in and help me then I’m under the username of Vgamer101 and if I am to do it, then I could use some assistance in keeping it from being classified as “non-notable” or “advertising” which occured, the first, last, and only other time I tried a WP article. What do you think. Is it worth it or should I drop the whole idea?

  • 6. Ace  |  September 11, 2007 at 1:17 AM

    Sure, why not?

  • 7. MasterOfPuppets  |  September 11, 2007 at 5:36 AM

OK, I’ll do it tomorrow, but is anyone on board with me here? I mean, I’m not that good and WP editing and still need to learn how to get around and solve these issues they have when it comes to “non-notable websites” and “advertising”, so is anyone here going to help me?

I mean them sons of a bitches can get on an articles ass withing a matter of only a few hours and the tag for deletion only last five days. So I don’t want to go to the effort of starting one up only for everyone else to bail out on me. I’m going to have to learn how to use that “stub” tag they got, but that’s new to me. Still, is anyone in?

I think Ska Software (now known as Ska Studios) is notable at this point, in light of the whole Dream Build Play Dishwasher thing. Ska Studios is among the first hobbyist independent game developers to show the success of XNA by being handed an XBLA contract, which means it should be on the map by now :)

I think if you refer mostly to DBP and XBLA and avoid a sales pitch tone you should have a better chance.

    Thanks man!

Pickup a neutral view and only use quotations and or references to views of others. Try not saying things like “very good game” instead say “receiving mostly positive feedback”.

Cue taken Ace! I already tried that and we’ll see how it turns out! In the meantime take a look at the page! Just type in Ska Software in search!

I’ll fix them up for you!

Built the ZP2K5 page practically on my own. Figured nobody else was gonna anyway.
Does anyone wanna help me on making a ZSX2 one?

Oh, and Jim: Vista sucks balls on your games. Any idea how to fix stuff? I bet its yet another ActiveX issue.
You gotta help me, man! I can’t LAN-play ZP with the lads!
